I hate to write this but the customer service is poor especially when the service is needed in an urgency. Three Js company waa authorized to complete the service and has not returned calls in 5 days. The work ethic is less than mediocre. This company diagnosed a problem, supposed to have ordered the part and never fixed the problem. The weather is below 20 degrees in Maryland and children are in the house. If your warranty company refer them to you TURN it down.

Three J’s is an extremely unprofessional company that unfortunately my home warranty company arranged to come out to work on my A/​C unit. They didn’t render the requested services and thankfully my home warranty company made sure that I didn’t have to pay. Avoid them if you can!
