Great service! I wain and out in 20 minutes. Needed my mirror replaced to pass inspection, and the price was three times less than the dealership! I will definitely refer this shop to everyone I know!

I went in to have my window repaired. Glass was broken. Nothing special. Just a regular double-pane house window. The price was ridiculous. They charged me $ 150 for the glass and two used hitches(which they took off of another broken window in the shop). If I was not desperate to get this taken care of I would have gone to Home Depot. The customer service was atrocious and the work was shabbily done with the window barely holding together. The glass was also very heavy, making my window MUCH heavier than it was previously. The older woman in the store would not accept my american passport as a form of government id when I wanted to use my credit card. After a lot of back and forth I was finally able to convince her that it is in fact a government issued id. Ridiculous. The place itself looks horrible and appears as if they do not have much business, at least window related. They definitely will not be getting any more of my business. Go to home depot or find something else.

I had a GREAT experience with Thompson’s Glass on July 27, 2012! I took a skylight window original to my 1941 home to Thompsons because i wanted to replace the corrugated glass with more modern-looking frosted glass to match the frosted glass in my new bathroom door. Not only did Karen remove the old glass, she cleaned out the eaves(which was a tedious-looking job), cut new glass and tacked it into place all while I waited. I left feeling like it was my lucky day to have received that kind of service. I have another window I will be taking in for the same service soon.
