Perfect Pita is what appears to be an on-the-go Mediterranean restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating is available which is nice and the staff is very friendly, but when we got our pitas we were unable to ignore the bleach smell that the wrap gave off upon opening our bag. Did not eat more than two bites and threw it out. Maybe just an off day?

Really friendly staff, very clean. The food is great and veggies are fresh. I like to order the chicken veggie hummus pita, but if I’m taking it to go I will skip the cheese, otherwise it will melt to the wrapper during my commute. I’d give it five stars if it were open later — it would be the perfect late-night food spot. Unfortunately it seems to be open mainly for workers lunching in the area.

The place is extremely clean, the staff are very nice and the food is fresh and consistent from meal to meal. Great place for lunch. Not a great area after dark.

Since I live in the NOMA area, I have wanting to try it for months. Unfortunately it is only open til 5 during the week and closed on weekends. Today I wss using metro and devided to stop in. Staff was helpful and useful with suggestions. They were super friendly. I ordered the chickem/steak pita. It was filling and yummy. I also ordered the red pepper hummus. It was flavorful with a nice hint of spicy. I highly recommend it. They have breakfast items also. they have fountain sodas and several other bottle drink options. Baklava was tempting along with the other desserts… try it is worth it!

This is a cheap and quick restaurant in a NoMa neighborhood that doesn’t seem to get too crowded around lunch times. I went on a Friday just before noon and the place was completely empty. I had the hot spinach and chicken pita melt(just under $ 8) and thought it was pretty good with a decent amount of chicken and spinach, although I still wish it were stuffed a little more. I will definitely be back here to try other pitas on the menu. I wish there were some more options for sides(something like fries) besides the prepackaged refrigerated stuff.

I can’t really give an opinion b/c a friend went into to buy food and i followed her. If i do buy something, i’ll give a better opinion, but from face value it deserves 4 stars.

I made my own special salad with chicken and steak over the regular salad. I call it the«Glenn» special. Decent. Not a huge romaine fan. Its like the Blsckberry of smart phones with so many better options out there.

Food is not GREAT — but its OK. I got a chicken bone in my Chicken Gyro last week — so thats a sign its fresh right?

Better then I was expecting. A few years ago I tried the one in Roslyn and think this one is a better. I had the chicken and cheese and it was pretty good. Nothing that blew me away, but decent. There are not a lot of lunch options in this area so it’s nice that it’s a little different.

I’m giving it 3 stars because the place was very nice, staff was very upbeat, courteous, and nice. I had the spinach/chicken/cheese and I didn’t care for it. The spinach was not fresh leaves and I suspect it was previously frozen. It was disgusting but I would not recommended order it.

I’m a loyal regular here – and I almost always get the same thing… the Mediterranean Sampler with half portion of chicken, whole wheat pita and red wine vinaigrette dressing. I know, boring. But this is one tasty«salad» that is satisfying for my palate, tummy and wallet. For me, their house-made red wine vinaigrette dressing(which is not included) is the key. The sampler without the dressing is still good, but the dressing really brings everything together(especially the seasoning of the dressing which includes oregano and sumac). The dish itself consists of tabouli, hummus and white bean salad on a bed of romaine and iceberg lettuce. Their tabouli and white bean salad are good but don’t stand out as much as their hummus, which is very creamy and has a thin consistency. I think the«runny» consistency actually works well with the salad. And, the dressing works well with the tabouli and white beans. On top of all that, I go for the chicken, which is also extra – and there are other meats you could choose from. I like the flavor of their sliced chicken which is seasoned and quite tender. Overall, everything comes together and tastes great; and the portion is plentiful for the price of about $ 8, which includes all of my add-ons.

Everything here was delicious. The spinach chicken melt was amazing and the baklava was great. My wife’s pita was also excellent. We got there at 430pm and they were cleaning up to close, but they were happy enough to actually serve us; some places have annoyed employees when visitors come so close to closing time.(Our order took just minutes to prepare.) A couple odd things: 1) Credit cards accepted only on orders of $ 5 or more. Didn’t affect us but worth noting. 2) They close at 5pm. This is just ridiculous. You’re right across from a large hotel and just off a metro stop, ANDYOURFOODISGREAT, but you don’t want to serve dinner? Honestly, this is a five-star establishment but the business hours ruin it. They are losing money by closing so early.

They made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

For a quick lunch this place was great. No line, food came out quickly, and it was great. I’ll definitely be going back. Two side notes: 1.) No real place to park around here. 2.) The hummus I got was a little spicy.(I love spice so it was perfect, but others might not).

The Spinach/Chicken/Cheese melt is one of the best things in the world. The owners of Perfect Pita are nice people and we love coming here for lunch on Saturdays. Too bad it isn’t open past 5PM otherwise we’d come for dinner too!

This shouldn’t make or break why you come here since I only had one of their dips and a pita. However, the pita was dry and I felt that it wasn’t fresh. Came here during lunch hour though, and the line was moving fast enough.

Was going to five guys for lunch, against my better judgement(not that I don’t love five guys, but it does kill a couple hours of afternoon productivity). Saw Perfect Pita. I work around the corner so I thought I’d check it out. Now, they put cheese on the veggie/falafel pita, which wasn’t bad, but it did seem slightly unorthodox. But hey, orthodox ain’t always perfect folks. Good for a change of pace.
