Very nice, contemporary lofts w/​open floor plans and very high ceilings (on the 4th floor) w/​apts than include large rooftop patios that can’t be beat in the spring and summer months.
The lofts are generally in a fantastic location if you don’t mind getting to walk around an awesome neighborhood to get to the nearest metros (w/​all three being about a 10 – 15 minute walk). But I generally really enjoy the place. No complaints — other than having sensitive fire alarms. That gets old.
