So far so good. I found this highly rated place on Unilocal which is nearby where I was working in the area. Unilocal steered me away from a closer cleaners based on subpar reviews, so I hoped the cleaner of cleaners was worth the extra walk to locate and they didn’t disappoint. Exactly what you would expect in a cleaners — friendly, accurate, efficient and reasonable priced. I’ve only used them once so far and it was a pleasant experience. I will try them again and update my review if situations change.

Was in town for work and went there 4 times in about 3 weeks. Twice I had white shirts come back with discoloration that was NOT there when dropped off. First time there were yellow marks on the outside of the collars. Took them back and they fixed them. Second time had grey spots come back on the inside of the shirt. Went back and she tried to tell me it was from MY skin and wouldn’t come out. She would not take it back to fix it. Went back to my hotel room and easily was able to get the grey spots out with a dry white towel. HORRIBLE! Go somewhere else!

The staff is warm and friendly(Kim, who is usually there doing alterations, is lovely). Turn around time is very reasonable. Alterations are on point. Same day and next day are possible if you arrive first thing in the morning(before 8am). Prices may be a little more expensive than whats down by the waterfront, but the services are more than worth it.

I have been using this dry cleaners for more than 18 years. Alterations, dry cleaning, shoe repair ALWAYS first rate. On the two(yes, only 2!!) occasions when the alterations were not exact, revision was done at NO extra charge.

I’ve been using the Cleaner of Cleaners for over 5 years now. The owner is very attentive, and my clothes always come out looking professional. They don’t hesitate to stay open a little longer, if you’re running a little late and call to notify them. Any alternations or small fixes that I needed, the clothes always come out like new and to fit specifically me. They know me by name, and know my clothes so well that I never have to worry about having my ticket or losing that piece of clothing. Excellent place to get your dry cleaning done! Prices are reasonable and best location in the Waterfront area. Staff is very friendly and service is convenient and quick. Highly recommended!

I work in the area and have gone to this dry cleaner for several years. The service is stellar. The tailoring work done here is also fantastic, considering that I’ve asked her to basically remake some of my clothes. The prices are clearly posted on the wall, as well as the time when dry cleaned clothes are ready to be picked up for next day service(maybe 5pm?) from what I remember. I highly recommend! Regarding the negative review below, the owner probably asked those«personal» questions because the reviewer is the same ethnicity as the owner and me. There are not many of us who work or live in the area, so the owner was curious and just being friendly in her own way to a customer of the same ethnicity.

Great dry cleaners with warm staff. Highly recommended! They might be a little pricier than waterfront but they did a quick alteration for free and they will rust your cloths for the next day.

Dropped off my clothes on Friday here for the first time. Specifically asked for Monday 7 am rushed pick up. Woman at the counter said that 7 am would work, but only after asking me a slew of personal questions(Where were you born? What do your parents do? Where do they live? Do you have any siblings? Where does your sister live? What does she do? What do YOU do? Do you live near here? When did you come to America?). I paid in advance. Came in on Monday at 7 am, and she asked me why I was there so early even though 7 am is when they open their doors. She tells me my clothes aren’t ready. I ask why she told me she could have them rushed when she couldn’t. She claims that she never promised me that. Her driver doesn’t come until 10 am or 11 am. Alright, I’ll just come tomorrow. I tell her, «I’ll just pick it up tomorrow then.» I’m here now at 7 am on Tuesday, and the lights are off. I wait until 7:15 am. I presume they’re closed for Veterans Day, but there is no sign on the door indicating that they’re closed for the holiday. Also, when I had told the woman, «I’ll just pick it up tomorrow then,» she had made no mention of the fact that they would be closed. Don’t come here. The owner is a sociopath.

I tried out this dry cleaners for the first time since having been a frequent customer at Cosmo Cleaners(only a block or two away) and wow, what a difference. First off, the noticeable difference in the lack of chemical smell in my clothing is enough to make me want to come back again. The other cleaners I frequented had cheaper prices, but it is obvious to me now why. I found the chemicals that they used on my sweaters, pants and shirts to be rather harsh on my skin, which caused some irritation– especially around my neck and shoulder areas. More importantly, I read that the perc used in most dry cleaning causes cancer and can lead to brain damage( ). Um yeah, no thanks. My health is not worth the reduced savings of a few measly dollars. Even my dog, Kei, would usually take one whiff of my dry-cleaned clothes and run away(now I know why)! This place, on the other hand, uses organic chemicals that are gentler on my skin and does not pose any health risks, which I definitely like. Plus, the woman at the counter was very friendly and had my clothes ready sooner than I needed them. Even better, it’s great for the environment– and what could be better than that? I will definitely be back here again to do all of my dry cleaning from now on, their customer service and social responsibility has definitely won me over. Highly recommended.

Thank goodness I found this place! After just dreadful experiences at Waterfront Cleaners in SW, I took my business here. They’ve always been very warm and kind. The alterations have been perfect; they even corrected the crazy, messed-up mistakes of Waterfront Cleaners. The cleaning has been prompt and just as expected. I’m also a big fan of the organic cleaning. One thing to note: The ownership of this store changed a few years ago, hence the difference between the not-so-good reviews from years past and the more recent good reviews. The change in ownership upgraded the customer experience and the new owners operate with a very different, much kinder and competent style.

I have been coming to this dry cleaners for well over a year and have been VERY Satisfied with the level of service and interactions with the owners. I have used them for dry cleaning, basic shirt laundering as well as getting a few jackets tailored and have never been let down and are able to get them done in a quick turnaround, INCLUDING really extensive tailoring work. The owners are VERY friendly and know me(and roommate) by name greeting me each time and remembering the conversations we had the last time, even remembering specific details! They really are great! My only issue is that they charge more to launder my dry clean my tuxedo shirt(almost $ 3) vs. my other work shirts($ 1.50). Other than that I am very happy with the level of service, commitment to their customers, and will continue to use them for years to come!

This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever been to. I took a pair of pants that had a stain on the bottom of the leg. The lady stood there with me, put a sticker on the stain and then said«What kind of stain is it?» I told her it was a blood stain because I had cut my ankle on a bad pair of shoes while wearing the pants. Once again, I want to emphasize that we stood there together as she put a sticker on the stain. The next day I go back to get the pants… she says the stain is out… I pull up the leg and there the stain is, as bad as ever. I say«I’m sorry, but no it’s not. I really needed these pants tomorrow.» She says«Oh, I saw that it said blood and I thought it was in the crotch»…freak. First of all, we stood there together less than 24 hours before that and discussed the stain, secondly – talk about sexist to assume that blood means that it’s a «girly» stain. THEN…I take five shirts there. Three of which are blouses, and two are mens shirts. I have to wear them for work — they are EXACTLY the same as the shirts at the guys wear to work. I go pick up the shirts the next day and the woman says that the total is $ 28…When I picked up my pants a few days before I had asked how much for mens shirts… she said 2 dollars. So I pick up my shirts and the woman says that they are all«women’s blouses because they are for a woman»…I told her that she needs to look at them and compare them with a man’s shirt. They are the exact same thing. She said that they are women’s blouses because they are small. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t care about the money, but their method of business is completely sexist… and I am usually really laid back about these kinds of things.
