Dr. Stein is the greatest doc in her field in the DMV Area — don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Where do I start? After being lied to and turned away by many doctors over the years, Dr. Stein took the time to thoroughly examine me and explained everything in full. She is so knowledgable and well-spoken, and she takes the time to sit down and evaluate her patients. Dr. Stein makes you feel comfortable, no matter how sticky the situation. She is kind, thoughtful and does not keep you in the dark like other doctors are. Not only does she possess a wealth of information, but she actually applies it and helps her patients. I am so thankful that I was able to see her. Don’t buy into the idiot reviews from nitpickers about her staff — they are just as kind/sweet/helpful as well! Best practice I’ve ever been to. She is truly a gem.

Dr. Stein is nice enough, but her office staff is rude and uncooperative. Recently, my appointment was reschedule twice. Dr. Stein is very hard to reach because most of the time you get a recording – even during business hours. It’s just not worth the hassle and being treated rudely by people your insurance is paying to handle your health care.

I can’t attest to Dr. Stein as a physician as I never got an appointment with her, but her office staff is VERYRUDE! I called this morning to try and schedule an appointment for today. First she answers the phone«May I help you!», no good morning, this is Dr. Steins office. I had to ask her if this was indeed Dr. Steins office. She said yes. I told her that I was not a current patient, but I really needed to see the .She cute me off asking me for my insurance information. Yes, just a barrel of sunshine she was. I am in a lot of pain. She didn’t have any available appointments until next week. The«receptionist» then told me I could try and get an appointment with one of her associates; Drs something or other. I asked if she could spell the names as I could understand her;it seems like she had a mouth full of food. She said the she didn’t know how to spell the names. Sheesh! Real cream of the crop working there. Then the illiterate idiot«receptionist» hung up the phone in my face. If this is the type of person that she has as the front face of her office, I have to question her skills as a physician.
