I went to Super Cleaners every few weeks over a two year period until I recently moved away. Never had a problem and the items always came back clean (and without ever losing an item). The staff are friendly, too.

Not a lot to say here. I drop off my shirts and they always come back clean and without wrinkles. I have made five drop offs of 30 shirts or more and they have never lost one.
Before a few weeks ago this place would have gotten 4 or 5 stars, but they just raised their prices from $ 1 a shirt to $ 1.40 a shirt. This changed their prices from the cheapest in the area to middle of the road. Because of this I will probably try out some places that are a little less expensive and a little closer to my apartment.

I don’t give 1-​star reviews lightly. To be fair, the employees in the store are friendly. Friendly, however, a good cleaner does not make.
This location lost a shirt of mine about 2 weeks ago. Being a believer in second chances, and being lazy, I went back. They have now lost not one, but TWO shirts in my most recent order. To top it off, they altered the pickup receipt at the store to show that I dropped off one fewer shirt than I did. (i.e.- my receipt says 9 shirts dropped off, theirs says 8.) They claim that this is a simple mis-​count, but I watched the count at dropoff and know that it was correct. Shady.
I won’t be back and I would encourage others to steer clear.
