Steve Loew – RE/MAX Realty Services

I have bought 2 properties with Steve as my agent (2002 and 2005), and sold 2 properties. I had a great experience with him. I think it helped to sit down and talk with him for an hour before we started the business relationship. I let him know my concerns, priorities and must have’s/want’s in a property. On both occasions I was in a bidding challenge with other prospective buyers. Steve helped me put in a winning bid each time only 1 – 3 percent over losing bids. He deeply understands the market and my needs as a client. In the future I will return to him for his services.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this agent from a buyer’s side. I would hope to NEVER deal with him from a seller’s side. I feel really sorry for his present clients because I have no idea if they realize how shady this guy is.
Long story short — in the past 3 months while looking for a house — I have dealt with many agents. All of them have been professional and eager to sell their client’s homes and have tried to get the best offer and move the home quickly. Not this guy! He just kept lying to us — making us feel like we had a good chance at buying the home he was representing and then excuses. and more excuses… and stalling. After 11 days of no responding we finally withdrew our offer. He was terrible.
Defintely DO NOT deal with this guy. Very unprofessional and shady!
