The price is right but the hair isn’t. I’ve had my hair in for about 4 weeks. This hair is tangled, shedding and the curl pattern is horrible. Never again

I wish Unilocal would let you write a review w/​o giving a star. This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!! As a hairista, I should’ve known better. I normal purchase my hair from Her Imports but one of my co-​workers told me about this place and she said that the hair was good and so was the price… NO NO NO!!! This was WORSE thing I could have done with my money when I brought hair from Queen Remy on Feb. 6, 2016. The hair started matting in the back by the end of Feb, now it is completed matted in the back that I have to pull it out everyday like a wedgie. The hair sheds all across the place. When I buy hair from Her Import it will last me for 6 months or better. Even the hair from the beauty supply (Saga Remy) is better than this hair and last longer too. PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS HAIR IF YOUR GOAL IS TO HAVE IT FOR SOME MONTHS… NOT WORTH IT… add a couple more dollars and go get some hair that is going to last.

I absolutely love this place! I change my hair about every two weeks and frequently at the drop of a dime so it’s nice to find an affordable and good quality place to buy hair same day. I have tried a few different types of their hair but by far my favorite is the Eurasian! Just recently I chose to create a bob look and lightened the hair from its natural state of dark brown, all the way up the color scale to about a 7 (light brown). This hair stood the test! No matting, no unnecessary shedding, no issues AT ALL. I admit to being skeptical about buying the hair my first time due to how cheap it was and extremely mixed reviews, so my friend recommended I go into the store. I was sincerely impressed. The price list was posted and they even have samples of the hair laid out for you to touch and feel before making your decision. So I didn’t feel ripped off or cheated (which sometimes hair companies try to do). They even have a loyalty card which is awesome having a rewards program on my bundles since I buy so many anyway! The young man who helped me was kind, prompt, and to the point so my service was great. All in all check it out for yourself it’s worth it!

This hair was the worst. It was good for the first week and then went downhill from there. The hair was shedding so bad. It was constantly matting and tangling. It was worst than beauty supply hair. Total waste of money.

The price matches the quality of the hair. very thin to be Brazilian body wave. And doesn’t hold a curl at all. Just looks like beauty supply store hair! First and LAST! Anybody looking to purchase inexpensive hair, great quality hair!

The staff you all have is terrible. Poor customer service from the moment I stepped in to the moment I walked out. I was planning on making a purchase, but I decided not to because of the service. The gentleman with the braces and the young lady who was light skin does not have proper customer service. Maybe this company have other employees that have better customer service, but these two for a FACT do not. What a bad first time there smh

I am like the other reviews. I bought the hair because it was affordable. The customer service sucks. Once installed, it looked great but after a week, the hair would mat and shed. I tried to condition it, and it still did the same. Even the closure would mat and tangle. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My sister and niece bought 4 bundles each of this hair and I installed the hair, it felt very nice and flowed well until the next day, my niece looked like she had carpet on her head, it was so nappy and matted. My sister hair had shed so bad, it only looked as if she only had 1 bundle in her hair… This place needs to be shut down DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR and customer service is awful very bad… Everyone is awful even in the Atlanta office!!! Ladies Run the other way!!! or for sure you will be next…

I strongly suggest not wasting your time or money!!! I spent over $ 300 on 3 bundles of hair. Initially it looks & feels fine but after install and style, it was like night & day! The hair is extremely nappy and dry! It sheds terribly! I had the hair in for less than a month. I could not wait to take it out! Extremely pissed!!!

I purchased their Brazilian Straight 12“and 14“and it sheds like crazy everywhere. I also purchased that Indian Remy… also horrible it was too silky for my liking and thin and you actually need all 4 bundles and it’s still thin. You get what you pay for because they pride themselves on being the cheapest in town. Cheap prices and cheap hair. By week 2 the Brazilian Straight was dry and no matter how much and how long i conditioned it, it was still dry within 3 days. Waste of money
