Qdoba Mexican Grill

the staff was very nice and the manager very accommodating !

I’m currently in Qdoba. I’m from another state and frequent Qdoba all the time. I prefer it way over Chipotle. This Qdoba is terrible. Customer service was horrible. They don’t give you your rewards points. Even after I scanned my card no points. I Asked why and the guy said «I’m new I dont know what I’m doing». So I asked to speak to the manager. The guy goes and talks to him. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me even though I can see him behind the grill. He just looks at me like I’m an idiot for even asking about it. Long story short he said to his employee that he wasn’t able to do anything about it. It’s pathetic he couldn’t have the respect to come talk to me him self. Instead he was so lazy he made his new co worker his messenger boy. They also give you tiny portions here. Don’t waste your time or money at this Qdoba location. They’re here to make a dollar, not to represent the Qdoba brand or give respect to the paying customer.

My GF bought lunch yesterday. When she got back to her office, the food was cold. Not just a little cold, stone cold.
Last night she had food poisoning.
Obviously, it is hard to identify the exact cause of food poisoning, but if the shoe fits.
She will not risk it again. The food isn’t worth it and Chipotle is right there.

I have been coming here ever since it opened. The food good and the quality is consisted. Was here today ordering lunch, got to the cashier and realized I didn’t have my wallet. Told cashier that I needed to leave because I had forgot my wallet she told me it was on the house as long as I came back. I couldn’t believe this, I told her let go and get my wallet, then the manager who was there when all this went down told me the same. Never had this happen to me to get free food as long as I came back. Customer for life. By the way yhe new smother burrito are worth it

I liked and have been a loyal patron of Qdoba Mexican Grill since 2005 until today when I wanted to purchase a kids meal for myself, due to my limited diet, and was told that I couldn’t because they were only for kids. Now am I missing something? Or, can restaurants now dictate what you can and cannot buy? Note that there was no signage anywhere in the restaurant that excludes this type of order.
Secondly, there was also an instance when, a month or so back, I had received a coupon for a free breakfast item and was given a hassle when I decided to use it more recently, due to the fact that there WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE ANYWHERE on the coupon.
Qdoba…very disappointing
