When a client pays for a good or service, the intention is that the goods or service shall be up to par or the vendor will honor the warranty respectfully. I have not experienced that with this company, but I do hope that they make good on their commitment eventually. I literally had to call and text without response for a week without a dedicated day or time being honored per my warranty agreement(although having a rep tell me that he could do this). My issue still exists and my money has already been spent, but somehow I have not received adequate service or response from my exterminator since the cashing of my check. Based upon my experience, I would not recommend using this service because of commitment flaws.

I was seeing Flys in my house, I called a tech guy he came several times but didn’t see any change but Primax pest control guy came and after one visit my problem was solve. What makes me like this guy is they don’t just treated the house but also give an advice on how to prevent future occurrence. The gentleman who came is awesome. We called Primax on a Sunday and they were at our apartment within an hour. Angelo(our hero) killed a rat that was living in our apartment closet on the spot! This is not a joke. He was amazing. He also immediately scheduled a follow up with us 7 days after. We are so thankful for Angelo and Primax. Would highly recommend these guys!
