For two weeks I tried to get an appointment by calling/leaving voicemail messages, and emailing. I received no responses, and so I walked over(with my cane) on lunch hour today. I was greeted by an unfriendly and obviously disinterested receptionist who informed me that there was nothing open until the week of September 14. There were no apologies for not getting back to me. This place can forget about getting my business.

I just finished my rehab there after injuring my ankle back in July 2010. My therapist, Emily Lo, was extremely friendly and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She and her assistant, Durrell, put together a great program for limiting the pain, increasing the mobility and strength of my ankle, and getting me back into running shape. They were very patient as I stumbled though my exercises and were great about answering questions, especially if I would call in after sessions. I am very pleased with the progress I made and was thrilled with the results. The facility has 6 tables and is very clean. You will have some problems finding it at first(It is in the basement of the SBA building), but it has everything you need to get back into shape. If you are looking for a place with great facilities, convenient hours and excellent staff, Professional Sports Care & Rehab is for you. A few extra notes: 1. They are great at taking your input for music selections. 2. Convenient location, right next to the Federal Center Southwest Metro.
