I really want to give pillow a higher rating because I love the idea of their technology. Here’s why I can’t give it: Pillow had a big roll out in Washington DC, we were early adopters. We had two listings. Unfortunately they kept rewriting our listing to suggest it was in a bad neighborhood(it isn’t) and there were typos. We worked to have this redone over and over again! It seemed there was poor communication between departments at their HQ as there was finger pointing but little responsibility assumed. Their system or someone there kept inserting their poorly written write up with typos etc. over and over again. We tried bumping this up all the way to the VP level and their response time and attention to our issue was lacking. We lost money in booking until finally the issue was corrected. After less than one month in DC pillow reversed its decision to come here and pulled out of the area. This caused a headache for us to resorb the responsibilities for booking they made etc. It is obvious to me that something is wrong with this organization. They need to get their vision straight before haphazardly moving into new markets and they need to do customer services and internal infrastructure improvements to match their admittedly cool technology. If it were demonstrated to me these changes were in effect I would consider using them again.
