I searched high and low for an inexpensive venue for an all-​day conference for 80 – 100 people in Washington, DC that would allow for us to bring in our own catering and have A/​V equipment available. This is a difficult task but PPS met it (and went above and beyond!).
Some highlights:
* discounted daily rate for Monday
* helpful coordinated (thanks, Megan!)
* helpful tech support
* board rooms A, B, C, D can be combined and split back to individual rooms quickly
* moveable walls are also white boards
* kitchen was spacious in storing our food
* nice, spacious countertop to serve food in hallway in front of rooms ABCD
* good coffee service
* located in a historic building that was readapted nicely
* quick walk from Metro Center
