The management here is excellent, the other staff not so much. It is slow and the nonmanagement seems confused most of the time, even when there isn’t anyone there(I tend to go at off hours after lunch time). I love their food, though, and I think it’s pretty reasonable, so I’ll continue to use.

I am surprised to read all of the negative reviews of this Panera To Go. I have been twice in the last two weeks and I’ve had a very different experience from the other reviewers. On both occasions I ordered at the ipads and I actually really like that because I can easily customize my ‘you pick two’ and see all the bread choices, etc, without taking up too much time at the register. The first time my order was perfect. The second time they forgot a little bakery treat I ordered so I told the girl and she got it for me. Sure, not perfect, but the first time it was! It’s always packed but I’ve never waited more than 10ish minutes for my meal.

I attempted another shot here because I was craving a bagel and thought«if I just buy a whole bagel and toast it at my office and cut it myself, how could they mess that up?» Well not only did I request a bagel not cut and not toasted with two pads of butter, but I was able to make sure those instructions were inputted because I put them in there myself using the iPad. So naturally I received a bagel cut and toasted. Not only could they still not follow clearly printed directions, but the bagel was cut in such a way that the top of the bagel was so thing is was in pieces and the bottom was so thick it wasn’t even toasted. Seriously? How do you mess up an order when all you had to do was throw a bagel into a bag and literally do nothing else.

If there was a no star that’s what i would give them! The guy up front was rude! My friend order the Fiji salad and the chicken was still frozen, they forgot her dressing. When we returned the food to exchange, we were left standing there as if we were begging for their gross food… Terrible experience, there are plenty of places who wouldn’t mind giving me better service.

Could not wait until this location opened up because its just a stone’s throw from my office. What a disappointment. They are very unorganized. it takes several minutes to get thru the kiosk order system which is a waste of time since the cashier still has to ask you how you want your order prepared. I have gone there at least 2 times, INTHEMORNING, and have been told that they don’t have the bagels ready or are out of a particular kind. what is the purpose of touting that you sell bagels when you never freakin have any! This place is too new to be so dysfunctional

I’ve been to this location(2001 L STNW) on several occasions since it opened in late Spring 2015. This place cannot handle the order volume during rush hour. Pros: no waiting to place your order — just use a touch screen. You see where«you are in line» on the electronic board. Cons: it took exactly 25 minutes to get my salad since the moment I swiped my credit card(no exaggeration). Just because you #15 in line it does not mean there are 14 more customers in front of you. The desperate crowd started joking about how it’s «lottery based». Is the food great? I’d say so. Would I wait again for 25 minutes? Absolutely not coming back.
