Nice Tailor & Cleaners

I’ve recently had a wide range of items tailored here, from winter jackets to dress pants and shorts, and they did an excellent job with everything. Normal turnaround time and comparable prices, will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone.

Now have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years. They do a nice job and are always helpful and courteous. Great neighborhood amenity!

If you want to be jipped of your money and not get the services you paid for then this is the place to go. I took a blouse for a zip repair to them… they charged me $ 20 and turns out didn’t even chic age the broken zipper at all… just put it together and made it look like it was fixed… until I wear it to a wedding I was going to and instantly as I zip the blouse… the zipper comes off. Not only was I super annoyed, I was also out of anything nice to wear to the wedding as this was a wedding we had travelled to and I didn’t have an extra dress. When I take the blouse back to them and ask them to change the zipper the guy who owns the store who either doesn’t speak English or atleast puts up a front that he doesn’t understand you. So he basically doesn’t even «understand» when I explain he had just fixed the zipper and it broke immediately and keeps repeating «you want zipper fixed you pay twenty dolla» in addition he refused to guarantee that the zipper won’t break again immediately.
After trying to fruitlessly explain to him, I got so frustrated I just had to leave the store so I could keep my calm.
So in short if you have anything more complicated than a button to get fixed… DONT GO TO THIS STORE!

Two thumbs up on this low key, unassuming Korean mom and pop tailor /​dry cleaner shop in Forest Hills, on the little strip of Connecticut Ave facing Politics & Prose (near Terasol and Jakes).
Took them a skirt for last minute tailoring (needed it the same evening I brought it to them) and they did an excellent job, as well as giving it a nice smooth press, at a fair, good price.
Will be my go-​to place for simple sewing jobs /​tailoring.
If you live in the Forest hills /​Chevy Chase /​Van Ness hood, definitely give them a try.
