Tracie is amazing. I found her when I was pregnant and had a few fantastic prenatal massages with her. I’m not fancy enough to be able to get massages all the time in real life, but if anything is ever an excuse to splurge on yourself, it’s the last trimester of pregnancy. And after my first massage with her, I remember thinking that hers was probably the best massage I had ever had. I have stuck with her since, and I don’t go all the time but I’m very happy when I do.

During my second trimester, I started seeing Tracie for prenatal massages every 1 – 2 weeks due to back pain that was really increasing in intensity. Chiropractic care and stretching just wasn’t cutting it. As I near the end of my pregnancy, my back pain is nearly gone(amazing considering the bowling ball I am carrying around) and I can wholeheartedly say that Tracie’s massages have made this pregnancy such a better experience! Tracie is warm, energetic, knowledgeable, really gets to know her clients and adapts to their needs, and provides just the right amount of pressure. She never makes you feel rushed and always seems to remember the little things. Saturday and Sunday hours are a huge bonus! I would definitely recommend Tracie to anyone for a massage, including my husband! I’ll be seeing Tracie for postnatal massages to help with postpartum recovery as well. *Tip — With a prescription from your doctor/midwife for massage, you may be able to get it covered by your insurance or at least reimbursed by your FSA. Check it out!

This is my second pregnancy and after chasing a toddler around all day, I carry a lot of tension in my lower back and shoulders. I received this massage as a gift and couldn’t be happier with the result. My shoulders feel relaxed for the first time in years and I don’t feel sharp aches in my lower back. I prefer firm pressure and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I could feel the knots being loosened during the massage! As an FYI, her main location is in Capitol Hill, though Google Maps directly took me to her secondary location near Dupont Circle, so just make sure you are going to the right place. I found street parking very easily on Penn. Ave. The space itself was comfortable, warm, and clean. She was extremely professional, easy going. I’m not a chatter and don’t really like to talk during things like massages/haircuts/pedicures, which she was able to pick up on and we didn’t have to have any awkward silences or moments, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Had my prenatal massage with Tracie today and it was excellent. I have a lot of back pain and she spent about 45 minutes working on my back and it felt so much better afterwards. She had initially set up for me to lie on my stomach(pillows are set to accommodate the belly) but I was not able to mentally relax in that position, and Tracie was happy to rearrange to let me lie on my side. What I like most was that Tracie applied sufficient pressure and was very thorough in her massage. Highly recommended! She even gave me a small gift.

Tracey is amazing! I scheduled the prenatal massage, and it did not disappoint! The massage itself was great– good pressure, relaxing, etc., but what I most appreciated was the extra time she spent on my specific problem areas. I think she spent about 20 minutes extra(at no charge) trying to work out a sore spot in my hip. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend!

I recently started working out and was looking for a place to get a nice massage to ease my sore muscles. I saw Tracie’s living social deal and bought it since her Capitol Hill location is so close to me. I know Tracie’s speciality is prenatal massage but I can attest she’s great for those of us that are not currently expecting. She helped work out several knots in my back, shoulders, and hips. I’m usually pretty awkward at making small talk with strangers but she put me at ease and was so friendly and welcoming. Afterwards she even showed me some great stretches to help with my sore hips. I will definitely be making another appointment.

I recently relocated to Capitol Hill and expecting baby #2 so decided to give Tracey a try since she was a walking distance away. I had prenatal massages in several locations in DC during my first pregnancy but by far, Tracey has been the best! As other reviewers mentioned, she’s very personable, highly professional, prices are reasonable and her skill is outstanding. I’m so glad I found her early on in my pregnancy, will definitely return for more!

This is my first pregnancy and I didn’t know what to expect. Im not a big massage person so I was hesitant to book. I had heard so many moms and moms-to-be rave about Tracey so I decided to make an appointment. I went over feeling tired, hot and as grumpy as a 40 week pregnant chick can feel. She welcomed me and made me instantly comfortable. The massage was incredible. I left with so much energy and a totally new perspective. While I’m now, 40 weeks and 3 days(induction massages don’t always work) I’m not feeling the aches and pains I was struggling with before. I can not recommend Tracey enough. Do your self a favor and book Tracey.

This was a wonderful massage! Tracy is clearly an experienced masseuse and a caring woman. As this was my first prenatal massage, I was curious how it would differ from a normal massage. Tracy, in addition to focusing on what I asked her to, paid special attention to parts(especially joints) that I didn’t even realize were tight. I will certainly be back over the next couple of months.

If I could bottle up the feeling of Tracey’s massage, I would feel 100% confident in going into labor! I’ve had two prenatal massages now, and both have been just top notch. Tracie is very friendly, calming, and patient. She was thorough and professional but also personable in asking me about my needs and wants for a massage. The actual massage was so excellent — firm pressure(which is what I like) but in a way that was therapeutic and relaxing. I also LOVED the aromatherapy, which added an extra dimension that I didn’t even know I was missing. Highly recommend!

I had 3 prenatal massages with Tracey at both the DuPont and Capital Hill locations during my pregnancy. All were fabulous experiences and kept me coming back for more! During the first massage using an Amazon local deal, she asked if she could give me an extra 15 minutes. Of course! The last massage I had was when I was full term and she did a «labor induction» massage. Sure enough I went into labor 2 days later and had a super speedy delivery. Who knows if this is what caused it, but I would recommend Tracey to all expectant mamas and anyone else looking for a great masseuse.

I had a Detox massage with Tracie this past weekend. After recently experiencing a miscarriage, Tracie recommended the Detox massage in order to prepare my body for when I try to get pregnant again. Tracie is very professional, and you can tell that she cares about her clients. She is a good listeners and catered the masssage to my needs. She is excellent at her job, and as an added bonus her space in Capitol Hill is calming, reflective and welcoming! I would recommend Tracie to anyone for any type of massage.

Had my first therapeutic massage with Tracie today at her Capitol Hill SE location. She specializes in working with expecting moms, new moms, and moms in general. She was fantastic. Very warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, listened to what I was looking for, excellent pressure. Booking was very easy through her website. And, you can feel good about supporting an amazing mother of three in the DC area. Conversation was great, but Tracie also knows when silence and breathing is what the client needs. She really adapts to how her client is feeling and what you need in each moment. The location is convenient to Eastern Market Metro and right off Penn Ave SE, so on major bus routes. Street parking is not difficult in this area. The massage room is bright and calming, great décor and ambiance. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to unwind or to address specific issues going on with your body.

I had an excellent experience with Tracey at My Orange Wellness Today! I booked a prenatal massage at a discount through Amazon Local, and Tracey gave me a 5-star massage. The details: I went to the Capitol Hill location on 10th St. SE. Adorable 1-room suite/room inside of a row house office building. She is in the front suite. She welcomed with choices of tea or water. I filled out a two-page«new customer» inventory sheet, primarily informing her of medical needs that I may have. After that, we chatted for about 30 minutes. Just about funny stuff. Initially, I was concerned(after I realized how long we had been chatting) that our talk time would cut into my 60-minute massage time, but it did not. Tracey actually probably massaged me for 70 minutes, which was a nice bonus! And yes, she knew I had a voucher(bought at a discount). I felt like the voucher price and $ 20 tip was still a great bargain for the services she provided. Onto the massage: The prenatal massage was a full-body, front, back, and side massage, and she also addressed specific issues I had with hips, tailbone, and rib pain. She was very attentive to addressing my specific needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all massage. The heated blanket, soft sheets, hot/well towels, and essential oils were all fabulous. She massaged me from my head to my toes! After the massage was over, she gave me the cutest gift bag that had a large canvas bag with her adorable new logo, and a bag of herbs, which I’m not sure what they’re for – I’ll have to e-mail her. The location is great, the suite/office is adorable, the massage was superb, and the customer service and gift bag at the end were wonderful. Tracey specializes in massage therapy for women. If you are needing a prenatal massage specifically, I can vouch for its awesomeness! Thanks again, Tracey!
