Dr. Kogan was not clear, kind or responsive in working with my daughter — I would not recommend her — in fact I considered filing a complaint against her. Especially if you are going to treat college students living away from home but not yet full adults, you need to be more responsible.

Don’t go to this person. I emailed her on her personal email that I found on her website to find out if she accepted new patients. Her response 3 days later was rude, did not address me or say hello, and was not capitalized. It stated «what are you looking for?» I found this highly unprofessional and did not understand what she was referring to. I replied and asked her what she meant and told her that I’m looking for a psychiatrist. It has been almost two weeks and she never replied. Someone in need of a psychiatrist clearly needs help, and to treat them with such rudeness, disregard, and dismissal is just disgusting. Don’t be a psychiatrist if you’re not going to treat people right when they need help the most.
