Dawn and Ludwig trained my Lab when she was just a puppy (admittedly that was years ago!) and they did a terrific job. It’s so nice to have real positive training in this area and Dawn and her staff are all just terrific. This is a great place to take your new puppy.

We are currently enrolled in the Puppy Basics class. Dawn who is supposed to be teaching the class showed up to the First two classes late. She didn’t show up to the next two classes and she had to leave early from the 5th class. Her assistants run the class which is highly disorganized. For example, we did not get the book that goes along with the class until the end of the 4th session.
She tries to sell you her book also. Stay FAR AWAY from this one!
Unfortunately the dawn lady died after this review. She died during the class but because she wasn’t doing any of the day to day teaching it did not matter. She always smelled like booze also. It is sad
