McDonald’s

Its a common thing to see many brunches of McDonalds, but the more common thing in most Mcdonalds are their relatively slow service. But if you compare them to the other fasfood restaurant, you can see that mcdonald’s is even better. Yeah so for me, I would suggest going here if you want some good fries and burger but ofcourse if you have the time but if you are in a hurry. You better skip this place.

It’s MickeyD’s, so the food is just what you’d expect. What prompted me to write a review is not the food. It’s the customer service and attitude. Short version: Horrible with a ‘I-don’t-care’ mentality. How staff handles complaints makes or breaks the customer’s impression. Guess they just don’t care. Will not come here even if we are in the midst of a zombie apocalypse and only food and clean water within 5000 miles are located here.
BTW, my complaint would not exist if MickeyD’s has those tablets to place orders like Panera does.

A true cornerstone for the locals! 2 days after Snowzilla they were still so busy toasting breakfast muffins ²⁴⁄₇ that –in stark contrast to their neighbors’ properties — the sidewalks hadn’t seen a shovel. They would have been able to clean up the mess around the building with an XL soda cup by then had they tried.

Great atmosphere for a McDonald’s. Like the designer did a great job. I’m also a huge fan of the classical music that they play.
Open ²⁴⁄₇ which is perfect for the late night cravings! Only downside to this place is that the MGMT is incredibly lazy. Multiple times I have waited way longer than necessary because the cashier is taking orders and putting everything together while the manager just stands in the corner.
Ps: they do forget things a lot so double check your bag!

My husband didn’t to eat a bite of what he ordered for breakfast it tasted and looked awful.

We ordered three quarterpounder meals, but discovered when we got home that one was ice cold and had no meat whatsoever on the sandwich. The other two were fine. The restaurant was quick to take our orders but there was a real backup on delivering the food. Mistakes happen but this was a pretty big one.

I can’t believe I’m posting about McDonalds, but this particular location is nice and clean, pretty fast service. They remodeled it years back and it did wonders.

The finest eating establishment in Tenleytown. Go after midnight to enjoy the presence of a goddess at the register.

It’s great for a McDonald’s. Clean, good parking, very nice staff, quick service, and they rarely forget anything.

Definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. They keep things clean; the tables, floor AND bathrooms. They have a lot of on site parking. The employees there are very nice, specifically Cynthia. She always has that beautiful smile on and always remembers me. She also has a great sense of humour and is a hard worker. Overall, this McDonald’s is SEVERAL steps above all other McDonald’s I’ve been to.

The way the man ‘in charge’ treated the woman at the register was gross and unnecessary. Though I only buy McDonald’s food once a year, it made me even less likely than ever before to buy McDonald’s food — especially at this location.

It’s great location but the driveway is bit tricky.
Fast service but not friendly.
Quality of the food is just okay not good but… it’s fast.

It’s open 24 hours, the service is always fast (line or not), the employees are always either reasonably friendly or reasonably stoned, and the food is, well, McDonalds. What isn’t there to love?

I’m not one to eat McD’s often but yes this is a great location and was the McD’s back in the college days. Open 24 hours/​7 days. Renovated and looks «nice» aka classier than average McDs you are used to, clean, and friendly staff.

They’re great to stop by on the morning to work if you take Wisc Ave. There’s always parking, even during rush hour … and there really fast… they get your order and give you your food so quickly that I never have to wait too long. It’s a clean McD’s.

Don’t judge me, but i have to rate this place. It’s been great to me and my hubby for 8 years. whew. This was my spot in college. They are clean… open late… and consistent. Hubby and I haven’t been in town for years and they still are the bomb. We left Georgetown to make a speedy return home to get the kids, but wanted to kit something up really quick. Although we only got fries I had to shout them out. :)

GREAT McDonald’s. They keep their bathrooms clean, they have a largish parking lot and the staff is friendly. I have never, in all my times coming here through my life, had a problem here.
Because I was a frequent customer back when I had a car, I never felt guilty parking there and then walking into Tenley Town to run errands or go out with friends. I park, grab a quick to-​go treat from McDonald’s and then head on my way into Tenley Town. Again, there has never been a problem with me leaving my car here, though I don’t recommend you do this unless you are planning on patronizing the Mcdonalds. I have seen people get towed from here.
This McDonald’s is up there with the one in downtown McLean as the best to hang out in.
As always with McDonald’s get their amazing fries and chicken mcnuggets! My absolute favorites.

Friendliest Mcdonald’s in the area.
Staff are very friendly and generous with coupons.
I think they even play classical music here which is odd but interesting.
Expect to see people discussing politics during peak hours.

This place used to be staffed in part by gremlins after they had been splashed with water… But now the service is just fine, no scowling, or accusations of theft when you get the drink — that you paid for — from the soda machine…
There’s always somebody cleaning something in the dining area.
It is frequented by all the locals. All of them. One star off for the distressingly slow wifi and the mayo on the outside of food packaging. That kind of thing makes Ray Kroc cry in his grave.
