This is a first class doctor who loves her job. A serious practitioner of all aspects of plastic surgery both emergency repair as well as cosmetic enhancement, Dr. Carter is joyful, careful and very informative with her patients. I have been a patient for cosmetic advice as well as post MOHS surgery consolation. Her advice and execution of botox and fillers were far superior to any other doctor or aesthetician I have seen in 15 years (I am 58). Her advice, her insight was excellent, and I really felt as thought both she and all of her staff were happy for my very pretty results. Dr. Carter also attended to my 81 year old mother for a serious skin tear on her leg which needed 6 – 8 visits to keep clean, sutured as the wound on her very crêpe-​like skin slowly healed. Even though my Mom had excellent care in the ER after the accident, Dr. Carter was super careful and wanted to monitor her wound weekly. The level of care and expertise was extraordinary. I cannot recommend Dr. Carter and her office more highly.
