This is more a review of the customer service, since I’ve not been able to make an appointment to redeem my Groupon. When I called to make the appointment, the woman put me on hold for a good 4 minutes, then she came back and put me on hold again. When she finally got on to help me, she told me that they don’t do Groupon deals anymore. I wanted to know how it was possible that I have this Groupon with her number on it and she’s telling me they won’t honor. She put me on hold again and then hung up on me. I’ve called several times since then but it just goes to voice mail. What a rip-​off.

Thanks to Groupon for referring us. Great service-​Jackie visited today and we were really impressed with our carpets. We had pets and she was able to clean stains that we have had challenges removing to ensure that our carpet was clean and health not jeopardized. Would definitely recommend to others!
