I have taken my suits and dress shirts to this cleaner on five different occasions. I always asked for same day service. Even though I asked for a quick turn around I expected my clothes to be properly cleaned and presses. Unfortunately that was not the case; my suits seemed OK but dress shirts were a mess, one they actually burned and the others were returned with multiple creases in the sleeves.
