Yoga with Rebecca was just what I needed :) While going through a really stressful time in my life, I greatly enjoy taking breaks and making«me» time. That’s where yoga comes in… For me, it’s not about getting exercise, working out, or even accomplishing anything other than being there at that time. Being in the moment. Listening to the teacher, placing my limbs, and learning. Feeling where things move and what may be easy or not for me. And just going with the flow. I enjoy Rebecca’s style. It’s not like some classes where teachers try to transform your life in 90 minutes, but there’s still something transformative about it. If that makes sense. It’s a good thing :)
