I echo Kenneth C’s 1÷20÷16 comment. Keyway is exceptional and earned my loyalty too. My dealer could have programmed a new smartkey for me BUT it was expensive (almost twice Keyway) and inconvenient. It also would have taken days since they have no key-​cutting equipment and would have had to send out for the emergency door key. KW came to me. It took 20 minutes. The technician ran into a problem that would have stumped many but he knew enough to overcome it. Thanks Keyway.

Exceptional!
The keyless entry on my car didn’t work — both of the fobs failed. I called dealers and the cheapest were $ 140 to reprogram. I phoned Keyway Lock Service and they quoted $ 120 and they came to me!
So their technician arrived. I gave him the fobs to reprogram. A few minutes later he finished — told me that the keys were fine and didn’t need to be reprogrammed at all. Turns out that I put the batteries in backwards! Guess what? They didn’t charge me at all.
They have earned my loyalty.

We lost our keys while in DC riding bikes. They were quick to respond and less than half the cost that Toyota would have charged to re-​key our car. In an environment where they could have overcharged us, they didn’t and were completely reasonable, fast responding and kind. Thank you!

I called on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday at 9am I had new keys. My tech Kin showed up right on time, with a call 10 minutes before to say that he was en route. He was professional and friendly and super fast! He came to my job and made a new key — door to door service, no hassle. And super affordable! Way better then having to go all the way out to a dealership to pay twice as much.
I highly recommend their service to have car keys made. And I’m told they do all kinds of locks, safes, doors, key fobs and other security too!

Worst service I have received. Keyway was paid by a local dealership to create a new set of keys for my car. The first time I met them, after one hour wait and two hours with their technician, he finally realized he had the wrong key types for my car. Today a year later, I drove 1 ½ hour from my house to meet them at the dealer at 1:30pm. It was 6:32pm by the time their technician showed up, exactly 5 hours late. And even after he showed up he was on his cell phone for two minutes before he came out of his truck. They will do the work for you (I can’t take that away from them) but they have no regards and respect for their customers time. I will NEVER use this company and have advised the dealership about the poor performance of their service provider.

I called Keyway to open a couple of safes at my job. They scheduled the appointment and showed up within the appointment window. The guy opened both safes and gave me my invoice on the spot. I gave him a check and he was on his way. All of this took about 2 hours. I am a satisfied customer.
