This Johnston and Murphy is located in Union Station. I won’t go into detail about their products since it’s constantly changing and that’s, for the most part, a matter of preference. I tend to like their style of shoes and think the price is fair, so I shop at Johnston and Murphy on occasion for dress shoes.
I’m giving this place low marks for their customer service and the general impoliteness to some customers, while being over-​the-​top polite to others. I guess this sucks for me and I won’t return here.
