While they do not have physical stores any longer, you can go to their website, which is what I do. I have shopped at many places, including Brooks Brothers, and I think Jack Spade’s quality and style is superb. I definitely recommend.

It’s not every day that you get genuine, friendly service when you’re out shopping. But at Jack Spade, you’ll definitely get amazing service and some really great conversation!
As a former retail worker for many years, I can sniff out when someone tries to talk to you to land a commission sale. At Jack Spade, this is absolutely not the case. We were greeted quickly and told about a few sales going on. This is the spot for guys to accessorize– bags are well made and the tech accessories are ace. The dudes (Derek, Hector, and Danny) of course, were epicly outfitted, were super nice! While my bf and I didn’t buy anything this time around (admitted, we were taking a break from holiday shopping to shop for ourselves), we will definitely return very, very soon.

Hector is always great. He is always willing to make a call to the outlet Woodberry Commons to see if they have what I’m looking for if the Georgetown store is out of stock. I scored an awesome deal on the Port case bag today. Which is now apparently discontinued. I even receive hand written thank you notes from the store with a discount on my next purchase! Definitely patronize the brick and mortar store if you’re in the area, over buying online. I can’t say enough great things about the Georgetown Jack Spade.

Jack Spade in DC is fantastic. Not only is the store fun and hip, but the sales staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond to help you find the right fit, no matter what the price of the item is. The whole team is great, seriously — even the security guard will tell you if he likes the jacket on you. There aren’t many places in DC you could say that about! If you’re in Georgetown — definitely stop by and take a look!

Many thanks to ‘Antonio’ and ‘Kim’ who spent literally hours of time with me on my New Years visit. They transcended the role of salesperson and acted as fashion consultants. I happily walked out with numerous clothing items, a suit, and a handbag.
A note about the Jack Spade suiting line… OUTSTANDING. An elegant look from a durable fabric. Obvious handmade quality with enough modern style flare… but not too much, allowing for wear at a conservative workplace and countless mix and match opportunities. First time I had ever seen a suit pant with a button fly!

A loyal fan of this designer, It was a treat to discover their newest store in Washington, DC on my lunch break. Strolled into the new store (only 2 months old at this writing), expecting limited offering of merchandise in a small, tiny space. Fortunateyy, this was not the case at all.
The Georgetown location is pretty decently sized and stocked on the second level, and chock-​full of goodies. To my surprise, Jack has expanded his arsenal to include clothing and small accessories such as wallets, iPhone covers, gloves, and other knick-​knacks.
As I said, I’m a loyal fan of this designer, having worn the classic nylon messenger bag for three years before it began to get old and worn-​out. By this time, every other Metrosexual in America had the bag (because it was just that great), and so I was ready to switch to something else unique because of this. Sadly, I gave mine away to the Salvation army for someone else to enjoy. But It was nice to see the latest rendition of the bag at the store, improved and with better flap closures and slightly expanded width.
With the help of Jane, who was wonderful and as enthusiastic about everything Jack Spade as I am, I had the best shopping experience here. Jane was knowledgeable, had lots of good taste and experience with several bags I chose, and wasn’t pushy at all when I was indecisive about a style. It came down to the Wexler wax duffel bag and the Canvas gym bag. I thought I made my choice (gym bag) until I spotted the Mitchell city brief. It was on sale, the last one in the store, and not even on line. It also had a cousin duffel bag which was not in the store but available online or for send-​sale. I decided to buy the city brief (in a nice Tank color… a nice medium army green for those who are wondering what that really looks like in the daylight), and ordered the Duffel. So I’ll have matching pieces, and two for the price of one since both were on sale. And the Holiday discount the store offered on top of the sale price sealed the deal. Even the security guard (who was very friendly) was engaged in the sale.

Anyone who might be a fan of the classic lines and continued class of the Kate Spade line will find themselves right at home when wandering into Jack Spade. I was stolen off the street one afternoon because of the bag I saw in the window — A sassed up canvas tote with the words «Le Dirtbag» printed on the front. Outstanding.
When I wandered through the store, I was met by not only model perfect and perfectly polite gentlemen, but a much larger array of items of both the bag and clothing variety.
The staff was completely friendly and, most impressively, fully knowledgeable about the product line to the point that they could provide alternate suggestions and comments when solicited. I would definitely add this new little gem to your wanderings through Georgetown. Whether you’re a «dirtbag» like me or need something a little different for that guy in your life with some taste, stop in here. You won’t regret it.
