I rarely give five star reviews but I am doing so here. Spent a lot of money and sweat equity on my project, and I am impressed by Impact’s dedication to quality. There were ups and downs on my project, along with unwanted complications, but we worked through them on time and on budget — except of course when I strayed.
Guido, Oswaldo, Edwin, and the rest of the team and the subs did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to my best friend.

We’ve just finished a major renovation with Impact and couldn’t be more pleased. Lots of contractors in DC can build stuff and do all the necessary finishes, but the thing that set Impact apart for us was their willingness to work with us on creative solutions, the shared commitment to our vision, and their attention to detail. We’ve done lots of renovations, and have had good and bad contractors. There will always be problems, overruns and delays (its just the nature of the thing), but the key is how your contractors handle these things when they come up. This is where Impact really shone. They worked well with our architect, had excellent subcontractors, and the on-​site team was fantastic.
