I used to go here to dry clean a couple of items once a month. The service is fine and the price is decent, but I’m not a fan of the scent of the cleaning solution. Reminds me of my grandma’s closet, which is not bad, just not my preference.

Does anyone have a way to get ahold of the owners?
I was told they would be open today for normal hours of pickup, but they are closed. I leave for a flight at 6am tomorrow, so this is a dire situation. Usually they are quick, good, and cheap.

So, the location is pretty convenient, and the prices are good, but the service is not. I dropped off a pair of jeans to have a rip in the seat repaired and they came back with a broken zipper. Although the stitching work was good, it’s kind of pointless to repair my pants if you’re also going to break them. Also, I dropped off 3 shirts on a Thursday morning, was told they would be ready on Saturday evening. On Saturday, I came 10 mins to clothes to pick them up, and was told «Monday». Came on Tuesday, was told they weren’t delivered yet. Finally got them back on Thursday night, a full 7 days later!
Not dependable, not reliable, and might break your stuff. Definitely a pass.

I turned in one of my favorite shirts and I got it back yesterday. I threw it on at the cleaners b/​c I needed to wear it out and I discovered a major tear in my left cuff. I said «oh my dayum!» and the lady turned to me and immediately replied that the shirt was already like that. What a lie. She has no clue how my shirt was turned in.
DO NOT GO HERE. Let this couple go out of business. They are a crap cleaners anyway with awful customer service and now they are confirmed liers.
Not even worth the one star.

Pretty solid drycleaner. I think it costs $ 1.50 per shirt, which is much better than other prices I have seen around the city. My clothes came back clean and in good shape so I don’t have any complaints. It is also literally across the street from the metro station, which is always a plus.
