A conveniently located dry cleaners that has competitive prices ($ 1.50 per shirt when laundered!) that are at or below those offered by other dry cleaners in the area. For the most part, my experiences here have been pleasant, mainly because the woman behind the counter is very friendly and personable.
The one major issue I do have though is that often a button or two will break on a shirt when I have it laundered. It is a frustrating issue that has supposedly been resolved and hopefully it has. Nevertheless, whenever there is such an instance, the owner uncomplainingly takes the shirt back and readily fixes it free of charge. Although, I do believe this phenomenon is unique to having shirts laundered as I have never had this issue when dry cleaning a shirt.
