This practice is amazing. Dr. Daniel is my three month old daughter’s pediatrician and she is very intelligent, caring, and helpful. She lets me know what to look out for in each appointment and communicates about medicine clearly without talking down to us. She stays current on medical research, like the new studies about helping babies avoid developing allergies. The few times I’ve had questions about something between appointments I got help very quickly. (Once Dr. Daniel picked right up after I held for only two minutes. Another time, she called me back within an hour or so, and the third time another pediatrician in the practice called me back after hours.) As a first time mother, it is such a relief to belong to such a wonderful practice, where I have complete faith in the doctors.

Trying to make an appointment for an urgent matter for my son, was like pulling teeth. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been taking my kids (8, 11, 13) here for a few years and I have now seen all the doctors. This past year has seen us in their offices a lot, from a series of severe UTIs and possible kidney issues; an oddball skin rash that turned out to be an auto-​immune condition requiring monthly follow ups; and now a trauma-​caused black eye. We usually see Dr. Daniel, but have seen both Dr. Sweeney on a Saturday and Dr. Balfour on Dr. Daniel’s day off. All have been very thorough and cautious. Twice now, they’ve referred us to another doctor (a dermatologist for the skin condition, and an ophthalmologist for the black eye) for immediately consultation, calling the other doctors in the building and asking for us to be seen immediately. Both times I was very happy that we were in a building full of doctors, and that they are apparently collegial enough to take calls from and do favors for each other. Beyond the doctors, the nurses are very caring and even the women who make the appointments and do the billing are nice and helpful. No surly people here who seem to a) wish they were somewhere else, or b) see you as an obstacle to getting their work done easily. I’m very happy with this group, and after our intensive year of ailments I’m feeling like they’re more like family or friends than service providers.
