I highly recommend Carole at East-​West Healing Arts. She is highly trained, very experienced, thorough and takes an individual interest in the well-​being of her clients. She was committed to a successful outcome. I received both massage and acupuncture treatments for back spasms that had been on-​going for a number of years. The spasms lessened and no longer occur; there is no question the treatments were a success.

Fire cupping and barefoot shiatsu — sounded interesting to me, so I made an appointment with Carole. First, let me say Carol is charming — she exudes peaceful, comforting energy in a reassuring manner. I have had both shiatsu and deep tissue massages before — the barefoot shiatsu massage was in some ways a combination of the two. My very tight calve muscles were relieved and I felt much lighter and less tensed afterwards. I most enjoyed the fire cupping — warm suction cups placed on your back and moved around to loosen tight fascia. This was definitely an experience I would recommend to one and all. I could actually feel my muscles release and almost become fluid. I am going back to try the deep tissue massage next.
