This dunkin donuts is okay, nothing real memorable but nothing terrible. I like the convenience factor – I could fall out of my office and land in dunkin donuts. I ordered donuts twice and both times they tasted like they were previously frozen. Also, I ordered pumpkin munchkins once and the cashier gave me assorted, I didn’t realize until I got back to the office and I didn’t feel like going back outside. I will say that the service is good. I usually just get a vanilla chai and call it a day. It’s small inside with a few seats and it can get pretty crowded during the AM rush.

A welcome edition to the downtown landscape. I waited forever for a DD to show up near my job, and then the one near Farragut Square opened. I would occasionally trek there but it was out of my way, but with this new location I can swing by and grab my donut/coffee after exiting Farragut West 18^th Street side. Location is pretty small with limited indoor seating, but on a nice day, there are a few tables for outside seating.

I first loves this location but their services is declining every time I go in. Customer services is not as it used to be and employees are always playing around in the bad instead of serving food. I always go in and get coffee and old fashioned donut but when i tell them i want my donut warm, they act like it so much of a hard work. Today I went it for old fashioned donut and asked them to warm but they didn’t. They literally put it in the toaster for like 1 second, smh. I am very irritated with this location. Hope they get it together.

Hilarious! Even though I was the only customer inside during the non-rush hour, the lady came back with my order, distanced herself 12 feet from me and shouted «small latte» acting like I wasn’t even there…

A new Dunkin Doughnuts opened up on 19^th St and L next to Chopped and DC Pizza. The store is well needed, providing more snack and coffee options to the area. The store is like the typical Dunkin Doughnuts. The doughnuts are good. Plenty of doughnuts and good location.
