Dunkin’ Donuts

Very small and may contribute to some of the problems that others reported. I simply wanted 3 large coffees with 2cream & 2sugar. When I realized that it was taking time I stepped back to the door even though there was only one person ahead. That was the slowest serving of coffee I have had to wait for.

Chaotic, slow, with rude service. I thought it was bizarre that they don’t sell cream cheese in tubs like every other Dunkin Donuts. They will only sell it in the mini individual servings for $ 1.21 each. No reason to go there.

I am not sure if it was this location or just Dunkin’ Donuts in general, but I was extremely disappointed with my meal.
I was looking for a quick bite to eat before my early meeting and ordered their Big N’ Toasted, which looked delicious based on their photo. Let me just go ahead and say that it was NOTHING like the photo, which I suppose should not have been a shocker. I was expecting the sandwich to come out toasted (as the name suggests), with slices of crispy bacon, an egg, and cheese. Instead, I got an overly buttered sandwich which included 3 tiny strips of bacon and a rubbery egg. It was way too salty and the bread was extremely mushy. I could barely hold up my sandwich because the bread was too flabby from all the butter!
Sadly, it was a waste of $ 5 that I did not even bother to finish eating. My wallet and I both cried from our disappointment.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. What was a simple misunderstanding over «black» or «milk» escalated into one of the employees foaming at the mouth like an animal as she barked at me for getting my order wrong. I apologized and said, «I think we misheard each other, I thought YOU said milk.» She responded with, «I don’t drink milk, why the f*** would I say milk.» I took my bagel with cream cheese and left. When I got to work, I realized they did not give me cream cheese. Simply put — don’t go here.

Once, they just started setting up 15 minutes after opening time.
At some point before closing at 6 pm, a time only the staff knows, they stop selling some items, saying «the kitchen is closed.» But they refuse to explain what products they stop selling or what time the kitchen closes. If you ask them what it means, they start insulting you.
‘ll go down the block to Starbucks.

Always fresh here… although they were out of eggs for sandwiches one time at 8:30am. How does that happen? Other than that one issue that one time, they have been great!
Closer than Starbucks and better than another local coffee option, this is my new coffee pit stop crew. Of course the fact that they have donuts too is a bonus :-)
