This is my first time ordering from Tuckerman St. Domino’s and I had a very unpleasant experience. The delivery was timely no complaints there. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza with normal sauce and cheese with spinach and pepperoni. I opened the box to discover there was NO sauce on any of the eight slices. I proceed to try my bacon and jalapeño cheesy bread, only to discover two jalapenos and a bacon strip in a huge pile of bread. The slices were not cut. Disappointed I threw away roughly $ 20 dollars. I would not recommend this location.

The ordering experience was OK, not too confusing, but not overly easy either. Domino’s did not get the order correct. We placed the order for half of the pizza to be one thing and the other half to be only cheese. The pizza came with the topping on the whole pizza.
The pizza didn’t taste bad but the crust was overly charred.
Delivery time was excellent. The pizza was delivered in 18 minutes from enter to delivery.

If you aren’t folding over about to die because you need pizza, DONT order from here. I ordered from the app with a wait time of 17 – 27 minutes. An hour later, still nothing. Simple order, pepperoni pizza and wings. Called the store and they told me they spoke with the driver and they were on their way. 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Oh forgot to mention, the store is literally 5 minutes away (I wasn’t feeling well or I would have just gotten it myself). Further, the app stated the pizza had already been delivered! Of course, complaining fell on deaf ears with no solution. After canceling the order, the driver shows up 15 minutes later completely confused about the «cancelled» order.

We ordered one pizza and cheesy bread at 9:45 pm online, 45 minutes later I called only to be told it will be at less 30 to 45 more minutes. Team Washington all your stores suck!

2.5 hour wait after ordering online, went to the store to pick it up and they told (rudely) me they are closed and I should check back tomorrow. Beyond disbelief and after seeing the staff and the condition of this store that makes the food I would not dare order again from this location.

What can you really say about Domino’s? You know what you’re getting. I will say, the delivery people here are always quick and polite — which is a welcome change from a lot of delivery people in DC.

The online order experience is awesome. I tracked the whole process of my order, and knew exactly when to expect delivery. Pizza tastes great and is HOT!
