I ordered from this location about an hour ago and I am disappointed to say the least. *Side note* For the guy who is complaining about people leaving 1 star reviews, this one is for you! Rating an establishment based on one’s service received is Unilocal’s obvious purpose. Anyway… I ordered a large«12.99 coupon app special» pizza that ended up being $ 20.10 with the only add on being a 75¢ garlic sauce. All the extra charges are absurd especially when you are already an sincere tipper. I requested extra cheese and sauce and got neither. Extra cheese being added is clearly indicative when you pull a slice out and its enticingly cheesy and gooey… I experienced none of that. Instead I received some lukewarm pizza that had random toppings on some slices I didn’t even order! Makes me question the cleanliness and preparation of each pizza. If I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza why is there questionable green peppers and grilled chicken on some slices? No mam Pam! Sounds like they don’t make each pizza on a clean slate each time. Y u c k. The only thing out of this was the sweet deaf delivery guy I gladly tipped. Everything else was tired. I ate one slice in high hopes and a second slice thinking I could sike myself out into eating mediocrity. And I say that because when you’ve had quality pizza from around the globe, you just can’t be fooled into eating food cooked without love, compassion, or consideration. I’ll stick to Pizza D’oro who gets it right every time… Idk why I ventured off. Sometimes notariety isn’t everything.

Why is this rated at $$? Here’s the thing, fam. It is pretty difficult to find a delivered full meal for two or three bodies for $ 16.34 in this neighborhood. I got the two medium, two topping pizzas for $ 5.99. I got green pepper and onions on one and pepperoni and olives on the other. Those are definitely combinations you should always consider while getting pizza. Now, let’s talk about Domino’s. Their crust is fluffy and sprinkled with garlic Parmesan. Nifty! Their pepperoni is not offensively salty. Sometimes I’ll eat pizza with pepperoni and I get overloaded with salt! Not this pizza. Pretty good for a former pizza delivery driver.(I’ve seen it all, fam) Ok, bringing this to a close. I know you might be visiting DC and want to try the local cuisine, but sometimes you just want to stay in your hotel or Airbnb and save money. For that, there is Domino’s!

The black box be so good. But the only thing is the sausage don’t be done. When I got my pizza the sausage was pink in the middle. Very under cooked.

Mariano has to be the worst manager ever. I don’t understand how the head of a particular location can be extremely rude to customers who have experienced bad customer service with your employees. My experience was: three hour delay on delivered pizza. The correction: $ 20 credit towards next order. When I call my order in about a month later it’s takes an act of God to get the credit applied to my account. Afterwards I’m put on the phone with the manager Mariano that schools me on why I’m never going to get a credit again even for his screw up and hangs up in my face. I hate that this is happening in my neighborhood. I used to love this place and always bragged on how fast excellent the service was. Too bad it only took 2 transactions to mess up a 5 year loyal customer. Good thing &Pizza is now next door to me. Thank you &Pizza for saving me when I crave pizza. I’m terribly disappointed.

$ 5.99/each for two medium two-topping pizzas(carry out only). You may have to repeat your order a couple times and they may not understand that«Hawaiian» just means ham and pineapple on a two-topping pizza, but this Domino’s is always fast and friendly. And the pizza is always delicious. Great for a night of Settlers of Catan with friends.

Zero stars. Awful customer service. I never write reviews but I had to. This many people writing bad reviews is not a coincidence. If you’re torn between«some people had a one off bad experience it can’t be that bad» — I am telling you it is. Avoid this location if you can.

Two medium, two topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each which leads to $ 13.18 with taxes is a STEAL. Yes it’s a chain, yes it’s not perfect… but it’s not going anywhere so get used to it. I live nearby and walked over and the staff was friendly and the space was very clean. Pizza was made for me quickly and I left happy. Thanks, Domino’s!

I have been ordering from this store for almost 3 years(at least 1−2x a month) and the pizza has gotten progressively worse. The delivery guys are usually pretty nice and polite. In the last 6 months, I don’t know if they’ve cooked a pizza correctly — they’re almost always burnt, missing ingredients, have the wrong ingredients, or they forget an item. Tonight they forgot the garlic sauce on the crust(their only redeeming quality), and the crust ended up dry, hard and completely tasting of cardboard. This was the last straw after the last order I found a 2″ BONE in my pepperoni pizza when I bit into it. I nearly chipped a tooth and could’ve really hurt myself. Called the store completely horrified and definitely not wanting another pizza at that point, they said they would refund my order. That was over a month ago and I still haven’t received my refund or even an apology. I should’ve known better than to give them another shot. I love domino’s for what it is, but will definitely be ordering carry-out from another store from now on.

There’s not a lot to say here — it’s Dominos so you probably know most of the products they offer. Like with most chain restaurants, the location makes a huge difference — so avoid the 14th street store. The ingredients weren’t fresh and the quality was so terrible I had to throw the meal away. Some Dominos locations are good — this is not one of them.

I ordered a pizza tonight at 8:21pm after a long hard day of work. I chose Domino’s bc I hold this chain to a hire standard of quality. I waited and after about 35 minutes I called the store and spoke to whom I thought was a manager. I told him that it had been over 30 minutes and that I was concerned the delivery driver was lost. The representative informed me that they deliver to my street OFTEN and that it was fine and basically brushed my concern off. I got a call about 45 minutes after the initial order telling me that my pizza had been FORGOTTEN! I waited an additional 30 minutes before it finally arrived and it was soggy, not at all hot and had bits of bacon, green peppers and chicken on it(I ordered pepperoni, onion and mushroom). I called to ask for a refund and was told I can get a store credit. I was very dissatisfied and asked corporate for a full refund of the purchase price of $ 17.73. I’m not sure what good it will do, but after seeing the many other reviews i now realize the issue with this particular location.

Why are you guys taking time out of your lives to leave 1 star reviews for a dominos? Get a life! :) 1) from the time I got my email confirmation of my order to when I was eating pizza was about 20 minutes(on a Sunday afternoon) 2) I got a deal on their new handmade pan pizza — medium 2 topping for 8.99 3) the handmade pan pizza is legit delicious and 100% worth the extra few bucks it costs compared to the regular pizza 4) I even get free delivery(instead of a $ 2.50 charge) because my AmEx card got me a free shoprunner membership This place is my new go to spot for pizza due to the combination of tastiness(handmade pan), speed(22 minutes), price($ 9 and free delivery) and the final added bonus — an instant way to piss off a food snob by saying that my favorite pizza place is domino’s.

Firstly, I’d like to be clear that this isn’t a review of Dominos in general, but of this location. That being said, this location is THEWORST, which is a shame because I like Dominos. My sister, my friend and I ordered pizza for delivery of Sunday night because she was sick, and it was sleeting outside. I get that it’s probably busy on nights with bad weather, but we watched the tracker, and a full hour after the order had supposedly gone out for delivery, we were concerned, since my apartment is about half a mile away from the store. We tried to call the store for a solid half hour from two phones and were unable to get through. Like, are they just ignoring the phone ringing? Finally, we got so frustrated that my sister walked to the store in the freezing rain to go figure out what the hell was going on. Once there, the EXTREMELY rude cashier told her that the pizza had gone out for delivery, and that they had knocked and called us three times with no response. I’m not sure where she got that information, considering it is UTTERLYUNTRUE, and we had the call records to prove it. They started to remake our order, so my sister had to wait there for another 20 minutes, and when she asked the cashier about a refund(her card had already been charged for the order) at least for the delivery charge(since it wasn’t delivered) the girl scoffed and said, «but you’re getting free food». Which, WHAT? Are you serious? Do you understand the concept of ‘free’? It means that you DONT pay, and you DO get food, which is the exact opposite of what happened. Luckily my sister asked to speak to someone else, who was ALSO rude, but at least eventually gave her money back. Oh, and as she was leaving, another guy came in with the same issue, and started receiving the same shitty customer service. Moral of the story, I will NEVER order from this Dominos again, unless their staff gets a complete rehaul. Pizza Hut just got a reluctant new customer in the meantime.

I wish I could give it a lower rating. I spent two years working at Pizza Hut so that I could pay my way through college so I know how these places make pizza. On Feb 6, I ordered a Spinach & Feta Artisan pizza from Dominos. It looked great in the photograph. The pizza was so GREASY. All I could taste was the soggy dough and grease. I tossed half of it in the trash. Don’t waste your money on Dominos Pizza. I don’t understand how this company has managed to stay in business. I really don’t. It’s the very last time I stray from my usual pizza place.

Every time I’ve ordered from this store(online), it has taken at least an hour extra than the projected time the website indicated. Terrible customer service and incredibly overpriced for the piece of shit pizza you get for your money.

This Domino’s is far from the model store the corporate office is looking to create. One hour after ordering, the pizza tracker said it was being delivered. After my pizza had been on a joy ride(according to the pizza tracker) for an hour I called the store to find out what was going on. They indicated they were looking for a driver to actually deliver the food. So really it wasn’t out yet. Thirty minutes later they took their phone off the hook and a busy tone was all I got. After some complaining to another store I was able to get in touch with a regional manager who indicated they were having a busy night because of the«inclement weather» and the 50% deal. When did light rain become inclement weather? Also, the rain was forecasted and your sale should influenced how you staffed your store. After three and a half hours later the pizzas finally arrived devoid of any heat.

WORSTEXPERIENCEOFALLTIME!!! The customer service is AWFUL. I placed an order ONLINE and, after 2 hours, the pizza was sent to the wrong address. When I called the store to get some type of reimbursement for the error, I was told that they would deliver a fresh order free of charge. When the delivery driver arrives, he had no contact with the store and was totally unaware of any recourse. I called the store back and they rescinded the the initial offer. I tried to plead my case to the manager on the premise of; 1) email verification of the submitted online address and 2) the promised free meal from the employee. The manager denied my claims and said that I must have placed the wrong address online, refusing to evaluate my email verification. It is just the principle. I have no tolerance for paltry customer service.

Yeah, I eat Domino’s. Don’t hate. It’s cheap. I prefer Pete’s, but getting Pete’s delivered is crazy expensive, at least for a single person such as myself. There are other pizza places around, but are they much better than Dominos? Sadly no. 4 stars because they’re pretty quick and timely. Sometimes 20 – 25 minutes, although it usually takes around 40 minutes. Not so bad. The tracker is also pretty bad ass.

I am a big fan of Domino’s in general. Make fun of me for being uncultured, but I think their crust is great and they have good deals on their pizza. Also I think their new artisan pizzas are delicious. This particular location is just OK. The food tastes the same as any other domino’s I have been to which is a good thing. However, the service is hit or miss. I have always gotten taken out and lots of times I wait at the window for 5+ minutes before anyone shows up to see what I need. Also if there is a line it takes forever. For some reason ordering and paying here is a very slow process. That being said, they always have my pizza ready when it is suppose to be and have never messed up my order. For a Domino’s this is a solid location and I will continue ordering pizza from them.
