Took us three attempts to claim a $ 40 Groupon. First time was a Sunday and they were closed, contrary with what was on their site. Second time was a weekday and wait time was 2 hours and parking was a struggle. Finally, on the third try at 5 pm on a Saturday, they answered on one try and took our order. If I stopped the review here, they would get 3 stars. But then, ordering sides, they said that waffle fries then onion rings were not available. Okay! How long before we can pick up? 30 minutes. Left Falls Church and got there 50 minutes after. Order was not yet ready. And wait, they asked again what the sauces were after we specifically told them during the call. The place looks like its been ransacked. Whatever used to be a small dining area seems to have been ripped off. The order took almost an hour from the time we called. Then coming home, the wings reveal themselves. Malnourished wings! The sauce? What sauce. It was sprinkling of flavored spices that tasted the same. Oh, and while we ordered salad, the greens were good, the dressing was straight out of a grocery, and there was no more than 2 croutons. Avoid this place!

I just called to place an order. Someone answered the phone and said that they are closed and it is 9:55PM. The website says that they stay open to 11PM. Need I say more?

I’ve ordered wings from this place before with no problem. When I ordered tonight though I never received my wings. I called the«restaurant»(it’s actually a mobile number… sketchy) three times, each time letting it ring until the end, there was no answer. I just checked my account and they have charged me. Now I’m going to have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. On top of that I ordered a Groupon for them earlier today that I also now have to argue for a refund. Now I’m out $ 50 and thoroughly wingless. Needless to say DONOTORDERWINGSFROMHERE!

Despite bad reviews, decided to check it out. Today is labor day, yet their website claimed they were open. Estimated delivery was 40 minutes, and they had a nice tracking feature on their website. 2 hours later, the tracker hadn’t moved from«making your order». I tried calling the restaurant 3 times, and got no response. Now i have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Thanks, DC wings. Guess you are as trashy and rude as the Unilocal reviews claimed.
