DC Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board

I don’t understand why everyone in DC has to be disgruntled where is the happy customer service where are the happy people and why is everyone so mean I don’t understand it this place is no different than the other DC businesses everyone is just nasty I definitely will not come here again I deathly will not play lottery in DC who is his go to Maryland and be happy

This week the wrong numbers in a game came up. This mistake was innocent and I am sure no one would do this on purpose, but since mistakes happen I have always check my tickets on the machine where I bought it for my peace of mind. For years I have bought 1 lotto tickets at the gas station at 22^nd and P st NW. They are always rude. Now they refuse to check powerball tickets that they sale. This is the way DC often treats it residence. I now go to Virginia to purchase my tickets even though I live less than 1 block from this station. I encourage all people to only deal with people that are not overtly rude. People like the DC Lottery Board make this impossible. In Virginia I have always been treated nicely and never been refused to check my ticket.
