Very little selection, which is fine; I understand its a small store. The customer service is terrible though. There is always a very long line (6+ people at any time waiting) that the staff is completely indifferent to. Just today I waited in a line with 10 other people for one cashier, while three other CVS employees milled around on the phone or doing other things. Very common occurrence. I’ve often seen (and done this myself) people open the door, look at the line, and turn around.

Extremely understaffed and poorly managed. The customer service is terrible. The store is tiny. And the cash register line is always ridiculously long!

Maybe this new mini-​CVS will alleviate the long lines at the medium-​sized CVS half a block down Connecticut. Sheesh. It seems they have taken a page from the corporate playbook of Starbucks.
