The first time I saw Dr. Kessler, I waited for a full 90 minutes before he saw me. Yes. One-and-a-half hours. I gave him a «pass» because stuff happens. Still, I wasn’t happy. The next visit, some months later, I had an appointment scheduled for around 1:15. This time I walked out after waiting 3FULLHOURS! Can you imagine??? I think I needed a psychiatrist after that to see why I waited so long. I never did see him. The tech took my vitals fairly quickly. About 30 – 45 minutes after that an intern/student saw me and we chatted briefly. Some time after that Kessler stuck his head in the door and apologized for running late.(This was about 3 p.m.). So I waited another 75 minutes and finally walked out. It’s your choice.

Was referred to Dr. Kessler for a consultation on a recent blood test, and had a very positive experience. His office was able to schedule me quickly, even though it’s clear he has a very busy schedule. He spent the better part of an hour going over the existing bloodwork and my medical and family history. He was thorough, and yet efficient, and I felt that he was covering all of the bases needed for my exam. He has a great bedside manner, and I left feeling very good, with proactive steps that I can take going forward. I’d recommend Dr. Kessler to anyone seeking a hematologist.
