I am an interior designer in Washington, DC. I hired this team to hang grasscloth for a client. They attempted to «fix» air pockets by injecting glue into the paper which left large unsightly stains on the $ 300 per roll paper. They agreed to come back to fix their mistakes… several calls, emails, and 3 months later, they are nowhere to be found. Stay far away from this team. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit.

Found this guy on Craig’s List to do some wallpapering in my new house. It was grasscloth wallpaper and he seemed confident that he knew what he was doing. When he and his wife were done. I paid them in cash.
Later that day they called to see if I was happy and brought my attention to the last piece they put up. They weren’t satisfied with it and offered to come back to fix it once the glue dried. 6 weeks later it’s still not done. I’ve tried to contact them over and over again. We’ve been really patient. They just don’t care about customer service.
Stay away from this Mom-​and-​Pop duo. Go to some real professionals for your paint and wallpaper needs. I know I had to to fix their mistake.
Lesson learned.
