Ben was very helpful — attentive but not overbearing, and responsive via email. The shirt I had made was at my door less than two weeks after my measurements were taken, and fit 99% perfectly. I was willing to live with the slight imperfection, but Blank Label provided a $ 20 credit towards my next shirt. They have a smooth and well-​oiled operation, which I’ve found to be rare with this sort of store, whether the factories are in Hong Kong or New York.
