I didn’t even know this studio was still there on H street. I came here years ago to get a tattoo on my back by Saint, he did a really great job. I liked his ideas that he suggested as far as the positioning of the tattoo, if I should get color or not etc. I can tell he liked perfection, so he really took his time and did an awesome job. If he is still around I would really like for him to do my next tattoo. The number given on this page is not in service so hopefully someone from the shop or a recent client see’s this review and responds. If not I may have to make a trip to H St.

Its official. I am addicted to BET! Get it?! Lol. Went back get a cover up done by Jay Peso! I simply the vibe of this shop. Very intimate. Movies Galore! And they aint no bootleg!!! They have a follower… IT. IS. I. Im trying to told ya… they specialize in creative tattoos. No flash in sight. Only original artwork. In other words, dont be lame. Be original because you are dealing with experts who enjoy their work!

I have been going to Black Enque for over 10 years now. Saint is a great tattoo artist. His art is incredible and unique. He is the type of artist who works with his customers. He will always offer ideas to make your tattoos better. He is a perfectionist and will not do a sloppy job.
I have 5 tattoos and all have been done by Saint. I have recommended him to others to get tattoos by him and everybody has rave reviews for his work. When I get my next tattoo, Saint will be the man to do mines. Check out my profile and you will see his work on there.
I would recommend everybody to get a tattoo at Black Enque. You will find yourself very impressed and coming back for more.
