Last visit. They won’t honor the Unilocal check in. No point in calling in your food, I’m guessing because of the location they don’t trust you’ll come and pick it up. After calling in was told 10 minutes, got here in 20 they didn’t cook the food until I arrived waited another 15 and they still screwed me and forgot the shrimp. Eastover it is from now on…

I’m a fan. What you’d expect from an ABW. The one star is taken off because this location has terrible fried okra. Because a friend worked at the Largo location, I’ve been spoiled. I ordered a bunch of orders to take to a gathering thinking i would get the same okra that Largo has, NEGATIVE. This okra is fried, but soft fried… wilted, soft, soggy… ugh waste of time and money.
Largo’s location has golden friend okra with a thicker skin… not more breading, but a sturdier crisp, fried, coating.

hot wings my grits not even close save your money and go to buffalo wild wings at least you might get some going to hell spicy wings. Their Nuclear wings taste like honey barbecue or perhaps honey chipotle. I would give less than one star if possible. I told by the gentleman in the front he does not know who his area supervisor is. He further suggested I wait until another employee arrived for work to have my concerns addressed. The entire meal was a bust with the exception of the lemon pepper wings and the French fries. The dirty rice was not at all as described nor were the Nuclear wings.

Despite being in a not so nice part of the city this is actually my favorite America’s Best Wings to go to
They are always very clean very professional and everyone here is so friendly I have never come here and encountered anyone with a bad attitude which makes it a plus for me
The food here is delicious and although I have not tried everything on the menu the fried wings are very good as well as the salads which is why I am always here they allow you to choose whatever seasoning you want the grilled shrimp and chicken salad is the best choice
So if you’re ever in this area and you want a delicious salad with great toppings very fresh and great customer service and this would be your place like I said it’s not in the best area but once you go inside and get your meal you’ll be happy

Update Update the chicken cheese steak is the bomb ! Its all breast meat not a processed sheet .
I have not been here since my last ordeal which was not too good on a service level. But cane with a friend who recommend that chicken cheese steak .
Opted for onion rings imstes of the fries (nasty) but these were a little too soft and greasy so i will jus stay away from the sides.

It’s ok but Benning road Se dc is a little better. They have mumbo sauce. If you from dc you have to have mumbo sauce. And there not honoring the 10% discount at all!!! They state that they do those anymore. BS

First time at this location after frequenting the one in Largo. Made a quick lunchtime run for a wings & fries combo. No lines, order was taken quick and received within 10 minutes. Moondust wings were as good as I remembered. No probs whatsoever. I’ll most definitely hit em up again.

I love this place, best carryout on this side of town. Customer service is great and they are very organized. I like that we can get refills, especially the lemonade. I always call in advance though, the wait can be long. Getting hungry thinking about it…

Sometimes you just have to wing it, you know? I think America’s Best has a good thing going, because some of their non-​saucy wings taste homemade! I mean, well-​seasoned, crispy homemade. I actually preferred the «Cajun» seasoned & the like to the lemon, honey-​sweet flavors.
I also tried their grilled shrimp with rice, which was quite flavorful. These are not jumbo shrimp, by any means, but they’re still good. The food was fresh and flavorful. I’ll definitely order from here in the future.
The fries were my least favorite item, as they were pretty bland. I really don’t like the crinkle-​cut frozen fries, because they taste just like the description — frozen and under-​seasoned. I know most wing/​take-​out places serve these, so this is not a slight against America’s Best.
This will be my new go-​to spot when I’m too lazy/​busy to make my own… four stars, indeed.

After staying late at work I decided to order out. Checked out their menu online and called in my order. Very easy. My order was ready when I arrived.
I must say, one guy behind the counter just looked at me for a minute while I stood there waiting to be helped… I felt like I was in the «Soup Nazi» episode of Seinfeld. I’m thinking did I do something wrong? Why is he staring? Say something dude! He sure did pick up the phone quick right in my face and took the callers order before he helped me, smh (I was there first!)
Nonetheless, the aroma of the food was oh so lovely on the drive home. I got honey bbq and Thai Chili split order. I couldn’t wait to eat! Me and my 5 yr old chowed down on those wangs;) The side order of dirty rice was great as well. I think the way they cook them isn’t anything special really, but the sauce flavor is great and it definitely beats carry out wings. Will definitely be back.

In wish they had more sides. Their wings are good. My favorite if the lemon pepper and plain buffalo. I don’t think the garlic parm are that great but this place is great for parties… having guest and games. Very clean, friendly staff. Window to peek inside the kitchen as well.

The best wings ever! But it isn’t just the wings — one day I decided to skip the fried foods and got a chicken wrap instead. It was DELICIOUS and the ingredients were very fresh. The prices are good and the staff is super pleasant. Definitely our favorite fast food spot. All they need is comfy seating, a few flat screens and a liquor license! LOL

I live fairly close to America’s Best Wings and I must say they are very professional and the food is very tasty. I have visited the locations in Forestville and on Benning Road and you get the same professional service at each location. I recommend the grilled catfish with Old Bay or Cajun seasoning!

I went to the location because I was hanging out with a friend! It is located in a dusty strip mall sandwiched in between a pizza hut and a bank! Needless to say, not so inviting of a strip shopping center! However, I have had the wings from the Largo location and said what they hey!
I ordered my food from some very nice ladies behind the counter! They were very nice, friendly and extremely patient while we decided what we were going to order! I ordered the moon dust wings! I didn’t care for them so much! I will just stick to those amazing lemon pepper wings from here on out! My friend ordered the teriyaki wings! He enjoyed his wings! I would say that the wings themselves were not over cooked at all and had the potential to be very good wings, I just picked bad! LOL!
However, I probably will not be going back to the location. The customer service was good, but I don’t want to be in that neck of the woods anytime soon!
