My go to thrift store on the street where I can find old pint glasses, belts, purses, and furniture in amazing shape & at a can’t be beaten deal. The clothes are more for an older crowd. They have new stuff all the time, so I check back once every two weeks.

I love this place! Seriously one of the only two real thrift stores I’ve found in DC.

Great stuff. SO affordable! I wish it had a mirror and a dressing room.

To pricey and I can tell they didn’t know anything about pricing suits. They had a regular suits for 34.99 but they had one suit for 9.99 in the whole store. Guess what it was, Hugo Boss. I gladly scaddle and grab it to purchase. No reason to go back there. Unless I want to smoke a cigar at Capitol Hill cigars across the street. –Cochise

Pretty good thrift store. Interesting selection and clean enough to pick through easily. I bought two bedside tables for $ 20 that I easily refinished(with non-toxic SoyGel!). Also lots of pretty crockery I’ve used for my container garden.

AH-mazing place. My friend and I took the metro and bus out here from Arlington and came back with LOADS of stuff. We also went on the 2nd Sat of the month, which meant it was all half off!!! I walked away with some gorgeous glass platters for just a few dollars each. I am sooo happy with my finds. And then we went to the salvation army next door. :D

I love this place. NOTE: THEYDONOTTAKECREDIT/DEBIT CARDS But beyond that, I think that’s their only fault. Their prices are cheap, they have a large assortment of clothing for men and women(not as much for children, but I think that’s because there are a number of consignment shops in the area for kids stuff), and they also have a great variety of housewares, plates, ceramics, and such. I once got 12 matching plates in perfect condition for $ 0.50 each. At other thrift stores, the cheapest places are $ 1, even if they’re chipped. They also have some furniture, but not a ton. Like most thrift stores, the space is a little dingy. But you’re in a thrift store, not the Georgetown Mall, and you’re paying thrift store prices. The staff is nice too. They usually have daytime television on, like people’s court shows.

This dingy but expansive thrift store is perfect if you’re a patient treasure hunter. Today I got a spiffy suit for $ 30! We also found some amazingly cheap kitchen loot, including a like-new rice cooker, speed hand mixer, and cheese grater, for $ 8 total! Beware that they’re not accepting donations at this time and no longer take credit cards. Unfortunately, there are no fitting rooms, but they let me use their employee restroom(and I promptly went home to shower).
