Do not order from this place. They will deliver hours later even for small orders. They might not show up at all. There are plenty of other places you can get similar food without the wait.

UPDATE: The next night some person from the restaurant(I assume an owner or a manager) called my cellphone to tell me he didn’t like my Unilocal review and that it was«stupid.» They still had my phone number from my order the previous day. I have never been harassed for a Unilocal review before! Maybe he could have asked how he could have made it better so I might change my review. If I hear from this restaurant in a harassing way again I will call the police! I already plan to report it to the business bureau. BEWARE!

Considering my expectations were absolutely nil, this place was actually pretty great! The scene: 3am on a Saturday morning. Restaurants deserted. Starving Lexie. The options: Manny and Olga’s or Absolute Kabab. None were particularly confidence-inspiring. Can you feel the desperation growing? The decision: One large portobello mushroom pizza. The delivery: Not great. Didn’t get the pizza until after 4, but again, they were one of two restaurants open. The verdict: Amazing that it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever eaten! The dough wasn’t anything to Unilocal about, so I won’t, but the sauce and cheese were actually fine. What really got me excited was they had portobello mushrooms(rather than the squishy genetically-modified whatsit from a can often found in cheap pizza joints) — and they took the time to actually season them. Like, I ate one by itself and it was the best part of the dish. Also, I didn’t die. That’s worth at least an extra star in theory. (Conveniently found on LivingSocial’s takeout/delivery option)

I’ve had the dolma(grape leaves), marinated olives, and both the Salmon and Lamb kabob dinners. I was not disappointed with anything I’ve ordered from here thus far. I haven’t ordered the pizza from here yet, but I plan to, once I get tired of kabob plates and grape leaves of course. I don’t think that will be anytime soon.
