Very unprofessional !!!
Tech was suppose to fix the unit on a Monday and never showed up. Tried to contact the office with no response. They were scheduled to fix the heater the next day and I waited for them over an hour and they went to another job. I will NEVER use them again.

DO NOT USE — OVERPRICED! There are much more affordable and far better options out there! We used this company because our building maintenance had recommended them as a «preferred vendor». BIG MISTAKE! While the service and work from the subcontractor they sent over was fine, they tried charging us $ 495 to snake a drain for a clogged kitchen sink — over twice the going rate for this type of work!
We spoke to the owner as there was confusion over the initial estimate, earlier she said they charge $ 125/​hour. The rep was only here for an hour. After a few minutes of probing, she tried charging us for two hours plus the cost to rent the snake! She admitted that she may have miscalculated the cost and overcharged, but for some reason would only offer a refund of $ 120 still leaving us with a bill of $ 375. She could not clearly explain her thought process and had a very lackadaisical attitude. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and other avenues.
We will definitely be telling our friends and neighbors to avoid this company at all costs!
