A Pro Renovation

We have used A Pro for two properties, a condo and a townhouse. They are reliable, honest and do great work. Their advice is trustworthy; they tell you what is worth it and what is not. They follow thru on what they promise.
In both places, we had many people comment on how nice the place looks, the quality of the materials. A Pro also worries about what is underneath and takes great pains to put in the needed supports so the renovations will last for years. They do not cut corners the way some contractors do.
I have no hesitation in filing complaints so when I say people are wonderful, you can know that I really mean it!

In the last 3 years, I’ve thrown a ridiculous amount of money at contractors to renovate my old condo and to completely gut and restore a 100 year old row house in Capitol Hill. I’ve learned so many lessons in this process, all of them were costly in terms of time or money (or both). The most important lesson I learned is not to use anyone other than A-​Pro. Their prices weren’t always the cheapest but when I went with someone else to save a few bucks, I ended up spending twice as much having to bring A-​Pro back in to do the work right. Their team responds quickly to text, email or phone and their crew is so professional and amazingly talented. Not only are they good at their jobs, they’re also just genuinely good people. After being in my house for 6 months with all my valuables in open sight, not one penny was ever missing. I trust them completely to have full run of my home and to finish a job on time, on budget, and done RIGHT.
