I had a good experience with 4 Brothers Buy Houses. My situation involved an inherited house. There were a number of heirs involved who all had different interests, which was a difficult situation to be part of. We agreed and realized that the house needed too much work to sell with a Realtor, so we contacted a few of the ‘we buy houses’ type companies. Most seemed like they weren’t local or didn’t really know what they were doing, but when we called Jon it was different. The company is based in DC and all their business is done in this area. He came out to see the house the day after I called him, brought the contract, and explained everything until I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs to sell a house fast or has a house that needs too much work to list with a Realtor.

Jon, who is 1 of the 4 brothers, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very up front and transparent from the 1st time we talked with what he could offer me for my uncle’s house. I know I could have gotten more if I spent the time and money to fix it up and then list it with a realtor, but I really didn’t want to deal with the hassle of all that. I just wanted the house sold. He made everything easy for us. Would recommend them.
