I was waiting on new tires being installed on my wifes audi so i decided to go and ask a question on the new update for my note 3. The dude i spoke with was eager to help until i asked him about the kitkat software update. He gave me a blank stare and just said «i dont know its just an update». Uuuhhhhh no? Its not just an update. It is a totally different software with different features that i wanted to know about. Duhhh! Thanks for nothing guy with a ponytail. Lol i will just google it. Dang!

Aside from one snotty guy who works there, (who I think may be a manager?) this T-​mobile is good… When I go to pay my bill the customer service reps are always quick and friendly-​even with my 2 year old son who I usually have with me. There is never a line which is always helpful when toting a toddler.
